This policy covers the personal assistant messaging service operated by Matt McArthur, sole proprietor.
Mobile information and text messaging
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with any third party for any marketing purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
What is collected
One mobile number — the sole proprietor's own — and the content of messages exchanged with the assistant, which concern his own business correspondence. There are no other subscribers, and no data is collected from anyone else through this messaging programme.
How it is used
Solely to deliver the alerts and replies described in the SMS Terms and Conditions at mattmc.art/sms-terms. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not provided to data brokers.
Service providers
Messages are carried by Twilio and delivered by mobile carriers, who process them only to transmit them. That is delivery, not sharing for marketing.
Retention
Message content is retained only as long as needed to operate the service, and conversation state expires automatically after a short idle period.
